John assists the day-to-day management of multiple projects, communicating and coordinating with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers and building managers.

He performs construction administration tasks including submittals and shop drawings, subcontracts and change orders, billing, scheduling, meeting minutes and project closeout.

John holds a Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering from the University of Maine.
