Goodwin – 100 Northern Avenue, Boston

Garland Building Company was recently awarded a 36,000 SF multi floor project with global law firm Goodwin at its 100 Northern Avenue location where the firm is the anchor tenant. Founded in Boston over 100 years ago, and now with 13 offices and over 1,200 lawyers worldwide, Goodwin is the second largest law firm in Massachusetts and currently employs approximately 500 lawyers at this location. Garland is working alongside BH+A Architects, Cosentini Engineers and VVA Project Managers.

Goodwin currently occupies 12 Floors in the 17-story building built in 2016 on Boston’s Fan Pier. This project includes a complete fit out from shell space of the 5^th Floor and renovations of Floors 6 and 7. The 5^th Floor will include all new offices, conference rooms, a new ornamental staircase that will be constructed to connect the 5^th and 6^th floors, along with a new “green room” sound studio. The space, which is scheduled for completion in late Summer 2020, will incorporate innovative and functional elements along with state-of-the-art components to keep Goodwin at the forefront of its industry.
