Argenx

Garland partnered with local Bio-Technology company Argenx to expand into the remaining 13,000 SF of vacant space at 33 Arch Street. Continuing our long relationship with Argenx and with a bold design by Dyer Brown & Cosentini, this expansion space was built over 16 weeks and completed in early 2025.

The new space includes many options for collaboration including phone booths, team rooms, soft seating and large conference rooms. A large space was built with a folding glass wall to create a perfect space for Argenx’s  ‘All Hands’ meetings. Beautiful ring lighting, a well-appointed reception space with built in case work and a large new café are just a few of the details that highlight this amazing space.
