This interior fit-out on the 33rd floor of One Beacon Street was completed under a fast-paced, phased schedule while portions of the office remained occupied. Careful planning and coordination were required to maintain ongoing operations while construction progressed.

A central feature of the project was the creation of a new in-house video studio designed for professional media production. The studio included the installation of a custom cyc wall for video shoots, a specialized lighting rigging system, and upgraded HVAC and acoustic treatments.

The project also included an expansion into adjacent vacant space, allowing for the addition of new private offices, conference rooms, and back-of-house support areas. The completed build-out provides a modern, flexible workspace that supports both day-to-day operations and dedicated media production needs.
