Privacy is ensured with advanced acoustical treatments in key spaces like the Boardroom and Quiet Car room. A standout feature is the radius ceilings and soffits, breaking from conventional right angles to create a sleek, fluid aesthetic. Extensive audiovisual integration, including TVs in nearly every room, required precise coordination of power, data, and structural elements to meet the tenant’s needs.
