Goodwin Procter

Garland has been working with Goodwin since we started in 2007 at their old location at 53 State Street. We were very excited to do a new project at their new home at 100 Northern Ave. Goodwin leased the 5th Floor but did not build it out at time of occupancy and now there was a need for a floor for support staff for all of the lawyers.

Designed by original team of BH+A and Cosentini, this full floor 35,000 SF build out included all new offices, conference rooms, pantry, sound studio and elevator lobby. A communicating staircase was also built between the 5th and 6th Floor to give greater degree of connectivity between all spaces. The high-end finishes mimicked other floors including stone flooring and custom walnut and etimoe wood paneling and trim. The project was a great collaboration between, Goodwin, BH+A, Cosentini & VVA and was completed in October 2020.
