Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management and automation, recently moved into 20,000 SF of space in downtown. The new Boston City Hub reflects Schneider’s image as a leader and boasts a state-of-the-art design in an effort to provide a workplace of the future. Built out from shell condition, the overall collaborative space includes polished concrete floors; back painted glass; floating acoustical ceiling tile imported from Sweden; high-end, custom millwork; and a cutting edge conference room.
The innovative space overlooks the city and is truly an inspiring place to work. The trademark green lines throughout symbolize Schneider’s commitment to connectivity. Garland worked with the project team during preconstruction providing coordination of several items including configuration of lighting elements, in conjunction with ceiling grid and tiles, in order to meet client expectations.
