As part of Sumitomo Pharma America’s expansion in Massachusetts, Garland was engaged to fit out 5,000 square feet of lab, storage, and corridor space at the company’s new Marlborough facility.

Working alongside Studio Troika Architects and Genesis AEC, Garland delivered a high-quality buildout to support Sumitomo Pharma’s research and operational needs. The project was completed efficiently, ensuring seamless integration of specialized lab infrastructure while meeting the highest industry standards.
