Faros Properties entrusted in Garland to transform their newly acquired Beacon Hill property built in 1899 into an upscale office facility with particular emphasis on retaining the building’s many historical characteristics.
Working in harmony with SGA, WB Engineering and Faros, we were engaged to construct an expansive new office for ICER on the 7th & 8th floors. As well as, several spec suites and management office along with common corridors and restrooms on the 4th, 7th& 8th floors. Extensive interior upgrades included exposed masonry ceilings, custom shaker-style kitchens cabinets, pendant lighting, folding partitions, roof top HVAC equipment and elevator upgrades to just name a few.
In addition, our team created a logistics strategy that included careful coordination with exacting precision to maneuver within and around the 225,000 items found within the Congregational Library & Archives on the second floor during the renovations.
