RSM

Spread out across two buildings with 5 floors at 80-100 City Square in Charlestown, RSM completed renovations to 80,000 SF of space.  Fully renovating each floor allowed for large growth and expansion by the firm.  The project was phased over 13 months to accommodate occupants and minimize disruption to business.  The initial phase included the large data center and upgrades to all IT systems in the building.  Each floor was then renovated to include new offices, conference rooms, lighting, high-end finishes, restrooms and kitchens. Part of the project encompassed the complete demo and re-build of RSM’s corporate kitchen and conference center which provides daily meals to all employees and services all company meetings. Garland worked closely with all RSM vendors including IT, A/V, security, acoustics and commercial kitchen vendors to complete this project in December 2016.
