Biomedical Lab & Office

Garland recently completed a 6,000 square foot phased Tenant and Lab fitout for a Cambridge based biomedical firm concentrating on Gene Therapy.

The renovation to the existing space required demolition of office, meeting and workspace areas to create 2 new labs plus an Acid Concentrator Lab (ACF) on the 1^st floor of the space.

In order to complete the lab expansion there was a significant amount of piping and ductwork that needed to be installed outside of the work zone in existing lab environment work areas with extreme care and coordination over the 12-week project duration
