Lumenpulse

Garland continues its relationship with Faros Properties at their 14 Beacon Street location with the 2,600 SF buildout on the 3rd floor for the worldwide decorative lighting supply firm, Lumenpulse. 

The open area designed by Spagnolo Giness & Associates, Inc., offered a 10-foot high gypsum drywall ceiling for Lumenpulse to showcase 30 of their light fixtures that are their most innovative in lighting technology.  

Adding a variety of different floor and wall finishes in addition to new restrooms with ceramic tile floors and walls created a showroom style atmosphere that prospective designers and buyers can visualize the effects of the numerous colored lighting options. 

As part of the overall building upgrades to the mechanical system, a completely new VRF and fan coil HVAC system was installed along with the utilization of the exterior windows which provide plentiful natural light into the offices and conference rooms
