Pierce Atwood LLP

In 2010, Pierce Atwood LLP, a law of office headquartered in Portland, Maine, hired Garland Building to expand their footprint to downtown Boston. Pierce leased approximately 10,000 SF at 100 Summer Street to grow their business.

Again in 2014, Pierce was looking for more space to expand their rapidly growing business. With the adjacent space becoming vacant, Pierce hired Visnick & Caulfield and Garland to construct additional offices and conference rooms while adding new architectural features to their existing space. The project was completed in May 2014 with occupancy in June.
