Xontogeny, a biotech aggregator which supports the accelerated development of life science technologies, moved into 4,800 SF of space which they completely remodeled.

The new, updated space utilizes demountable glass fronts bringing light into the entire office space. High-end millwork in the kitchen area and a new, modern conference room with exposed ceilings and modern lighting elements transformed this Newbury Street brownstone’s interior. Polished concrete floors, exposed steel beams, updated bathrooms and new finishes throughout add to the modern aesthetic.
